•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field;
•  With at least 5 years of related experience in Accounting and Finance;
•  Strong management, communication and leadership skills;
•  Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, straightforward language;
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to handle complex and confidential information with discretion;
•  Good knowledge and experience of Finance and Cambodian tax laws;
•  Good computer literacy essential (MS Word/Excel, etc.) and Quickbook is a must; and 
•  Good oral and written communication in English, and Chinese language is a plus.

•  Prepare Financial Statement monthly and yearly;
•  Supervise Finance staff in the day to day operations;
•  Control of fix asset, monthly and yearly tax, AR, AP and other general accounting issues;
•  Preparing the adjustment, Depreciation, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping;
•  Maintain the accounting records following Quickbook;
•  Coordinate with other Departments to ensure smooth accounting process;
•  Analyze and reviews the budget plan periodically;
•  Identify and resolve financial and administrative issues;
•  Provide coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business and customer results;
•  Perform other duties assigned by CEO
