• Cambodian nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, ACCA or CAT, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experiences with Finance and Accounting in banking industry
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to solve and facilitate the problems taken place in working process
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• English language proficiency. Chinese language is a plus.

• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process and ensure success of the bank
• Be responsible for the annual budget process; provide monthly reviews, and implementing Business plans and other programs.
• Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of accounting-related issues and is compliance to international standard and Cambodia regulations, in particular relating to implementation of new Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standard (CIFRS), funds transfer pricing and cost allocation.
• Review and comply with monthly tax payment
• Review and verify all reports sent to NBC and GDT
