•  Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting and Finance
•  ACCA or other accounting certifications preferred
•  At least 8 years’ experience in management role
•  Experience in project accounting, financial feasibility studies, FP&A and Cambodian 
•  Tax knowledge preferred
•  Experience in MNCs and or real estate preferred
•  Fluent in both English and Khmer
•  Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
•  Must be detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving and financial analysis skills
•  Excellent Excel skills and overall systems knowledge.
•  Ability to work well with others and independently in a fast-paced environment
•  Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver desired results
•  Strict adherence to professional ethics and integrity

•  Assist FD in developing strategic direction of the finance and accounting function
•  Assist senior management in project development through detailed financial studies
•  Manage all functional areas of accounting, finance and tax
•  Manage and develop accounting and finance team
•  Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve work processes and strengthen internal controls
•  Manage cashflow forecasting and reporting
•  Oversee and coordinate project feasibility studies for new projects and investments
•  Review and evaluate current project financials for profit and cost efficiencies
•  Build and manage relationships with external parties including banks and auditors
•  Develop and manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting to management
•  Develop and manage budget preparation and financial forecasts, develop tools and reports for improving the forecasting variance process
•  Assist in monthly and annual corporate and tax compliance and filings
•  Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
•  Oversee and work with accounting firm for audit and year end close
•  Assist in the preparation of reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members
•  Assist in special projects as assigned by FD or MD
•  Other tasks as relevant to role
