•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field;
•  With at least 1 year of related experience in Accounting and Finance;
•  Strong management and communication skills;
•  Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, straightforward language;
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to handle complex and confidential information with discretion;
•  Good computer literacy essential (MS Word/Excel, etc.); and knowledge of Quickbook is a plus;
•  Good oral and written communication in English, and Chinese language is a plus.

•  Report to Finance Manager and assist with the timely and accurate processing of accounts, budget and taxation;
•  Collect and record financial information and ensure that account balances are up to date;
•  Review, reconcile and prepare course closing financial documents with supporting systems and procedure of the Finance Department;
•  Process invoices and receivables, including vendor setups, in a timely manner, utilizing company’s financial tools;
•  Understand, communicate and apply company financial policies where applicable; and
•  Perform other routine accounting activities
