•  Minimum 1 years experience working in a food and beverage environment at least 1 of which must have been as a Restaurant Supervisor or Food &Beverage Supervisor.
•  Be able to communicate in English both in writing and specking
•  Able to use computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
•  Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest, high responsibility

• Comprehensive knowledge of food & beverage operations including; service standards, table presentation, menu concepts, inventory control, cost control, health & safety, and point of sale systems.
•  Ability to create innovative food and beverage promotions.
•  Ability to lead, supervise and train a small team of staff. 
•  Strong service standard skills.
•  Ability to multi task and mange time effectively. 
•  Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
•  Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
