Have a minimum 1 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the insurance industry.

Possess leadership skill and ability to work with diverse teams.

English and Khmer writing skill is a must

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Sells Express,Logistics service and sell IT pRODUCT.
-
Maximize sales and profitability
-
Checking on existing customers and prospecting for new customers
-
Build relationship with customers
-
Prepare sales action plans and strategies to archive the targets
-
Make sales calls to new and existing customers
-
Monitor the activities of competitors, market conditions and product development
-
Analyze marketing territories and develop sales proposals
-
Maintain sales records and prepare timely sales reports
-
Organizing, planning & coordinating the marketing function.
-
Preparation of Marketing Budget and follow up on implementation while ensuring corrective action is taken.
-
Recruitment of agents, conducting training on products knowledge, processes and selling skills among others.
-
Monitoring, evaluation & control of business performance.
-
Customer Service and Debt Collection by ensuring high customer service standards are maintained.
