• Greet clients and introduce them our company, products and services.
• Maintain a good relation with all existing contacts (prospects, clients and partners and internal stakeholders) to ensure a professional communication that leverages the company’s image.
• Maintain a client summary file to make sure all requests are handled on timely basis.
• Collect information on new client/prospects contacting us to gauge their credibility.
• Draft quotations, get them validated and signed by Manager and clients.
• Liaise with relevant services for specific client requests such as private labeling, new product formats, distribution contracts, quantities & delays, shipping instructions.
• Liaise with Logistic Department to get transportation quotations for product shipment according to port of delivery/final destination, incoterms, means of transportation etc.
• Liaise with clients to get forecast for upcoming years.
• Solve in time any potential issue related to products sold, transportation, invoicing, shipping documents etc.
• Organize field visit with clients if required.
• Perfect knowledge of company’s vision and products, in commit with its values.
• Prospect to work on selected markets / client targets.
• Perform other job as required by DMD and President.
