Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing, Management or related field
  •  Product knowledge in electronic IT goods
  •  Flexibility, Responsibility, Willingness and Honest
  •  Must have at least 2-year working experience in enterprise sales management (related field is an advantage)
  •  Good spoken English and written
  •  Good at follow up with clients
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
  •  Good team player and be able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
  •  Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality
  •  Be able to concentrate for long term, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
  •  Strong analytically skill with project management skill
  •  Good personal management, and administration
  •  Experience in IT Environment at least 3 year
  •  Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and including report
Job Duties :
  •  Build talent pipeline; coach, train, motivate and grow sales team
  •  Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on sales process
  •  Develop and manage the team’s sales pipeline from suspect to closure
  •  Maintain knowledge of competitors in an account to strategically position Smart's products and services better.
  •  Monitor sales activity of the team and track results
  •  Report on sales activity and submit weekly forecast to Head of Enterprise Sales 
  •  To work closely with customer service to ensure our customers are well support at all times
  •  Consistently overachieve a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
  •  Provide customer and prospect feedback to both marketing and product teams
  •  Provide technical support to products or services. This is especially applies to technology products such as Storage (SAN & NAS), Server, Network, Security
  •  Ability to diagnose and resolve customer technical problems
  •  A logical approach to problem solving
  •  Written and verbal communication skills
  •  Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Tasks assigned by management
