i. Education & Certification:
• Bachelor in electric engineering or related fields;
ii. Experiences & Skills:
• At least 2 years MEP or experience 
• Auto CAD 2 and CAD 3
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Good computer skill 
• Able to speak English and written
• Management experience
iii. Attitude:
• Honesty and hard-working 
• Team work

• Control and check documents (material, drawing, installation and method statement for testing) 
• Inspection and update track record 
• Make maintenance schedule for MEP service. 
• Control and check (time, cost, equipment and resources…) required to complete the project 
• Problem solving (PDCA) 
• Machine maintenance and Master schedule maintenance 
• Electronic and electrical wiring system 
• Survey place for draw the new project of the building
• Check, Fix, Replace, Prepare and Clean all Electrical / Power System, Generator System , Power DC System, BTS System, MCW System, Generator every 250h, External alarm, Grounding System each of sites.
• Make request to order Fuel and Engine oil, spare part for Generator, Spare Part of DG
• Monitor and Installation Electrical, Power System like: Air Conditioner, ATS box, IPS box, AC box ext....Battery banks/cell Rectifier, Invert-er and Solar.
• Visit each of sites for checking all equipment as scheduled
• Make Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report on schedule for Preventive and Maintenance every
