•  Bachelor or associated degree in electrical, mechanical or other related filed.
•  At least 2 years experiences in related filed. 
•  Has basic knowledge about server & network installation 
•  Be patient, self-motivated & team building capabilities.
•  Good at English communication, writing, reading, and speaking.
•  Be able to use computer program such as Microsoft office, internet, and email.

•  Maintaining the building in good repairing of MEP system.
•  Assuring the electrical system in good working order. 
•  All electrical are in good working order include call light, Emergency Power, Signals, Fire alarms and exit light.
•  Assuring all plumbing is in working order and in good repair.
•  Other tasks assigned by manager and supervisor.
