• Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering (Power).
• 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance Fields
• Strong knowledge in electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge of Cement Process
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance
• Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills and other Asian languages is encouraged

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of electrical equipment and motors for ensuring compliance with standards and specifications to deliver high quality work
• Ensure the compliance, electrical PM’s meets maintenance Dept. targets to assure long term proper functioning of equipment and installations
• Ensure OH&S and environment compliance with International and Local regulation
• Coach and train the electrician to ensure they have all necessary competencies and skills to perform their tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned
