• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronic or related fields
•At least 1 years experienced in radio engineering or related fields
•Understanding a basic of 2G & 3G technology
•Basic knowledge of MapInfo, Google Earth and GIS software
•Knowledge of DT Tools ( such as TEMS, NEMO, XCAL )
•English proficient 
•Computer literate( Ms. Office & Excel)
•Be able to travel
•Able to work independently and under time pressure

•Investigates Call Drop and network failure
•Consolidates and solves all issue and complaint of network performance
•Monitors and maintains all testing equipments
•Perform other duties as assigned by management
