•  To Manage and Monitor Distributor performance, coordinate with cross department to achieve the best result.
•  To initiate dealer program for all Dealer in Market.
•  To produce a precise report of both Distributors and Dealers performance.
•  To monitor all distribution channel and sale target oriented.
•  To ensure all information are accurately recorded and cross-checked before report.
•  To work cross department in order to support all distributor.
•  To produce a precise daily, weekly and monthly report regarding distribution performance. 
•  To support all Dealers and settle all related problem related to Smart Business. 
•  To produce trade letter, memo and sales agreement as required by manager.
•  To manage the team well in order to achieve the best result as well as good team work.
•  Any other tasks as assigned by manager.
