•  Planning social media campaigns to engage more fans
•  Work closely with digital agency to build a comprehensive social media activities, concept and new creativity to grow the fan base while maintaining and engaging the current fan base
•  Communicate daily with customers using social media tools and propose exciting and serious content to be posted
•  Familiar with Facebook advertisement and other social media advertisement 
•  Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and approximately apply that knowledge to increase the use of the seatel social media 
•  Monitor social media sentiment and level of engagement 
•  Collect and report competitor’s activities on social media platforms
