• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration.
• Experience with core banking system
• Experience on UAT and QA
• The ability to communicate effectively with staff in non-scientific positions
• Knowledgeable in analysis and technology.
• Strong project management and organization skill

• Assist Head of Business Development and Product Development team on researching new product, develop new product by preparing specification and flows.
• Oversee new and continuing development projects from conception to final product.
• Manage on core system development and maintenance.
• Identify and prioritize technical requirements.
• Determines customer’s needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirement; apprising new product ideas.
• Preparing product flows base on product specification.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor’s products.
• Obtains product market share by working with sale and marketing department.
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product development requirements and product development.
• Working with IT team to prepare product development plan and timeline.
• Working with IT team to ensure that development team develop product as specification and flows
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data;
• Prepare test case, test plan and manage on QA
