•  Experience in system development, mobile app development.
•  Ability to communicate effectively with staff in non-scientific positions
•  Knowledgeable in analysis and technology

• Research and Learning: 
•  Do research on customer need, new product and new technology
•  Research and learn about new system and requirement
•  Comparison Our product with competitor product 
•  Identify potential product for market 
• Product Development:
•  Designs and/or develops new products, including possible proprietary items, according to the organization’s Product Development plan. Researches, creates and builds prototypes to satisfy product esign specifications.
•  Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, product complaints/dissatisfaction or internal production/servicing difficulties. Reviews adaptation of existing products for new applications or other customer markets.
•  Assists in the planning, design, and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/apparatus to establish product and/or customer specifications; directs and performs testing of prototypes accordingly to verify product reliability and performance requirements.
•  Manage and working closely with development team to follow up on progress and make sure that we deliver production on time and base on requirement.
•  Creates and assists in the development of development documentation for new products or product changes – documentation may include freehand sketches, detailed drawings/schematics, draft bill of materials, development change notices, product specifications, and production instructions.
•  Performs other duties requested by Management
• Problem Resolution: 
• Due to his experience, is additionally tasked with the identification of issues in development by the executive and developer.
