•  Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or other related fields. 
•  At least 3 to 5 years working experience 
•  Experience managing digital strategy 
•  Experience in social media management, app development, web development and optimisation, paid media strategy development 
•  Experience with coordinating marketing and communication projects 
•  Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Khmer & English Computer proficiency (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•  Excellent analytical skills 
•  Proven ability to work on own initiative, meeting objectives and tight deadlines under pressure

•  Support the Head of Comms in the overall digital strategy Manage the web 
•  hierarchy and content management Define and management Wing’s social media channels Maintain the effective presence of Wing online –search Engine optimisation etc 
•  Work with the Campaign manager to develop the digital component of the campaign and manage the Paid media plan and creative execution 
•  Work with the acquisition manage to ensure the digital channel meets targets – both acquisition and cost per acquisition 
•  Ensure the approval process for all materials are followed 
•  Ensure consistency and adherence to the Wing brand guidelines 
•  Monitor the campaign results – refine and optimise as appropriate
