Job Description :

Plan and execute all website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Coordinate with Marketing Manager to update any PR, Advertising & Promotion Campaign to social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals – KPIs:

General Performance - Traffic, leads, Reach
Channel Based - Website, social networks - Facebook, search engines
Source based performance - Direct traffic, Organic search, referrals, email.

Keep up-to-date with industry standards, research and good practice within community managements and social media through continuous research of trends in social media tools, trends, and applications in the sector.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing or related field.
At least 3 years of work experiences in digital marketing.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Good written and Spoken English, and/or speak Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai/Korea/Japanese is advantage
