Responsible for engaging Pi Pay brand with customers and partners via the digital space, with the aim of managing Pi Pay’s online presence.

•  Degree in Marketing or related field
•  Proven working experience in digital marketing or similar role
•  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
•  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English, Chinese is a plus)

•  Conversation on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn…etc.) & Customer Response
•  Build online connection to customers, merchants and partners
•  Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
•  Develop and manage content-based Social Networks (Facebook, LinkedIn…etc).
•  Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
•  Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
•  Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and all digital platform.
•  Implement, and analyze search engine marketing activities.
•  Analyze, provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics, and lead status reports.
•  Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
•  Other tasks assigned by Digital Marketing Manager.
