• Plan and execute all website, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager to update any PR, Advertising & Promotion Campaign to social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals – KPIs:
General Performance - Traffic, leads, Reach
Channel Based - Website, social networks - Facebook, search engines
Source based performance - Direct traffic, Organic search, referrals, email.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards, research and good practice within community managements and social media through continuous research of trends in social media tools, trends, and applications in the sector.
