• Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, economics or business administration is required.
• Good in speaking/reading/writing and fluent in English are necessarily required.
• Computer literacy Ms. Word, Excel, and power point
• At least 2-4years working experience in banking sector and 2 year experience of working in Digital Banking Operation or other relevant areas.
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to organizing and planning skills
• Ability to come up with new ideas and create marketing strategy
• Detailed, Decisive and analytically
• Willing to work under pressure and over time.
• Sex: Male/Female

• Manage and control Digital Banking Platform
• Manage and control all Digital Banking reports & processes
• Develop Digital Banking product/servcie for customers, agents, and member merchants
• Resolve problems and complaint related to Digital Banking
• Prepare weekly/monthy/yearly report for management if necessary
• Manage and supervise staffs to make sure the smooth operation of Digital Banking
• Any other duties as assigned by management
