• A degree in Automotive/mechanical 
• Several years of experiences within the automotive industrials 
• Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently 
• Good mix of managerial and technical skill
• Knowledge of the English language, both oral and written (other languages would be an advantage) 
• Able to use computer 
• Prior experience in Automobiles business would be an advantage 
• Valid driving license

• Take job order which delivered by service advisor from planner board and leave copy in planner board.
•  Drive vehicle to work bay and inspect for visible damage.
•  Perform vehicle diagnosis and repair of vehicle as per job ordered 
•  Perform Self-check and function test and require drive test as per vehicle concerned
•  Note visible damage down on job order or vehicle inspection check list
•  Finding and Observation, Breakdown & Possibility and perform diagnostic test plan
•  Verify the Customer Complaint -“Experience the Symptom!”
•  Analyze the Problem, Isolate the Problem, Repair the Problem, Verify the Repair.
•  Tester printouts including diagnosis fault code memories
•  Keep service repairing standard by follow workshop manual and repair instructions
•  Bring old parts to stockroom, have parts labeled and deposit in marked storage area.
•  Do pre-calculated labor time (specified FRU) if insufficient and inform service advisor
•  List parts require for repairing and send to service advisor to proceed quotation 
•  Write Technical service report and get singed confirmation from workshop team leader
•  Clock off on clock card to confirm job completion
•  Need to be achieve 105% of work efficiency 
•  Need to be reduced or avoid repeat repair to less than 1% of vehicle throughput
•  Need to be reduce or avoid parts damage to less than 1% of vehicle repairing
•  Need 99% achieve on working time Attendant to Workshop. 
• 100% kept work place and tools cleaned with proper organized.
•  Perform effectively other duties assigned related to business areas.
