• Deliver device and accessories related KPIs which includes ranging, revenue, acquisition, minimizing obsolescence and write-offs.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and manufacturers to ensure ample range of smart phones that cater for the needs of each customer segments
• Develop partnerships programs with Cambodia’s top device manufacturers to bundle Smart Axiata’s services in the device open channels.
• Maximize launch impact by coordinating and manage device go-to-market, working with internal stakeholders such as Product Development, Marketing and the Retail team
• Develop and manage device product lifecycle to maximize profitability of devices. Including but not limited to forecasting, regular promotions and end of life (EOL) processes
• Consolidating retail forecast and managing operational rhythm to ensure sufficient supply of devices according to the market needs
• Plan, manage and launch device and accessories promotions to boost traffic in Smart Shops
• Lead the development of customer experience plans for all Smart Shops in Cambodia
• Jointly develop retail training curriculum to increase sales efficacy of the frontline agents.
