• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related studies.
•  At least 1-2 year experience as a Junior Designer / Technical Drawing Designer.
•  Able to read architecture drawing.
•  Male / Female
•  Proficient in English booth written and oral to liaise with associates.
•  Ability to work well in a team environment.
•  Ability to work in a fast phase environment.
•  Ability to work with less supervision.
•  Ability to listen well, take and apply instruction from superiors.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Abobe Illustrator,
•  AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketch Up and V-ray is a must.

•  Assist Senior designer / Team Leader in the development of design proposal schemes.
•  Preparation of design presentation drawings and 3d drawings.
•  Preparation of design development and detailed design drawings.
•  Assist in project site survey and measurement.

**Skills:

•  Possess strong understanding and excellent attention to detail.
•  Good sense of time management.
