The Design Technical Manager is required to balance the act of managing technical process and teams along with construction technical skills to provide necessary support to a project design team. This job requires efficiency in both technical as well as management skills.

•  Bachelor degree in Architect
•  Be able to organize and manage an efficient work flow
•  Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, technical and time-management skills
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•  Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team with tight deadlines
•  Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
•  The ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline

•  Excellent in setting targets and deliverables
•  Estimate project budgets
•  Schedule project timelines

•  Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
•  Project monitoring in strategically manner
•  Handling various design development concepts, computer-aided design software and technologies, strong construction savvy and designing techniques.
•  Manage changes and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for a smooth execution of the tasks.
•  Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
•  Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required
•  Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
•  Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
•  Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
•  Project scheduling and resource management
•  Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
•  Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress
•  Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
