GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 150 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 
In September 2013, GLF has signed a new partnership with Siam Kubota Co. Ltd. to provide financial leasing on agricultural equipment. This partnership is a step further toward the reaching of unbanked, isolated populations in need financial back up to their business. With presence in 23 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

• At least bachelor degree majoring in law or other related fields.
• Good understanding of Cambodian Law.
• At least two-year experience in related field.
• Good command of English: speaking, writing and listening.
• Computer knowledge: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio & Internet.
• Be honest, team work and good communication skill.
• Good command in negotiation.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Report writing skills.

• Support Legal and Compliance Manager in assessing product, compliance, or operational risks and in developing risk management strategies.
• Support Legal and Compliance Manager in identifying compliance issues that require follow-up investigation.
• Support Legal and Compliance Manager in advising the management team on key planning issues and in making strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Support Legal and Compliance Manager in contributing to the development of a full set of policies and procedures for future development.
• Support Legal and Compliance Manager in teaming-up with other internal and external resources as appropriate.
• Support Legal and Compliance Manager in continuous education and staff development;
• Team-up with Legal and Compliance Manager in supporting all departments on legal matters including (but not exclusive of) contract and agreement drafting and review, corporate legal matters, relationship with authorities and drafting of official letters, follow-up and supervision of court cases and lawsuit filing.
• Supervise and provide coaching to legal officers and compliance & risk officers.
• Report to Legal and Compliance Manager; and
• Perform any other related duties as required.
