Amret is now looking for a qualified and talented candidate to fulfill the following position:

** Essential:

•  Master Degree in the field of Finance and Banking or Business Management; 
•  5 to 7 years professional experience in product/business development (including policies and procedures writing) and
•  Minimum 3 years of management experience  (project and team management) from MFI or Commercial Bank. 

** Skills required:

•  Advanced in Project Management, Channel distribution/ partnership development, and Negotiation and convincing; 
•  Very good at dealing with difficult situation and problem solving;
•  Proficient in reporting management and business performance analysis and
•  Fluent in English both written and spoken. 

• Deal with business partnership according to Amret's strategy and direction like e-Wallet providers in order to enable Amret clients to perform financial transactions and access to their account through ewallet's agents; 
•  Lead and manage to deliver all related Mobile Banking projects (self-services) and other strategic projects as per agreed timeline; 
•  Work and discuss with vendor and other related teams to gather the business requirements and service features to meet client demand;
•  Work and coordinate with internal IT team to build up system and network connection between Amret and e-Wallet partnership system;
•  Ensure process, policy and procedures of new or existing products & services are developed or updated;
•  Engage Product Development and Sales Teams on defining and analyzing the implication on system integration between new or existing products with Mobile Delivery Channels in order to prevent any impact on daily operational business and customer satisfaction; 
•  Lead the pilot test project of new delivery channels to ensure they are smoothly and timely tested with enough feedback collection for pilot test evaluation report and
•  Analyze the collected feedback from branches in term of product policies and procedures implementation to ensure the smooth process implementation and enough feedback for modifying the existing products.
