• A high level of fluency in English and Chinese • A minimum of one year experience in customer service field. • Ability to work on a flexible schedule • A high level of personal grooming and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure • Be able to work on Saturday & Sunday • Working time : 7:30 - 5PM • Working Day : 5 days per week • Holiday : Public holiday • Benefit : EIP , LP , Phone allowance, Annual leave
• Provide information to customers via verbally, phone, and email • Prepare customer service contract form • Handling complaints and solving problem for customers • Prepare daily, weekly report related to all performed tasks • Other duties will be assigned by Customer Service Manager
