In the crowded area of tourist attraction next to Riverside, 3Brother Groups is a new establishment group aiming to develop street 136 to become the highest potential street for tourists, expat, and local people to enjoy nightlife for 24hours such as Bars, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Guesthouse….

3Brothers Group is now seeking for experienced candidates who able to contribute passion and vision with us, in purpose to expose our reputation to the world. 

• Female/Male from 20-35 years old
• Good at English (speaking and writing)
• Good personality and behavior
• Good Teamwork

• Check daily operation for the bar such cleanliness, preparation, and staffs 
• Check and maintain services ready such as Aircons, Fans, Seats, Sofa and Chairs 
• Provide warm welcome to customers and make sure they are served well 
• Solve daily problems and conflicts between customers and staff
• Weekly meeting with all staffs to make sure they're following company's policies 
• Implementation daily operation and policies  
• Propose new idea and strategies to gain new customers
• Work closely with Management team
• -Report Directly to Managing Director and Owner
