Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor’s degree of related field 
  •  At least one year of experience in shipping industry 
  •  Good PC workstation skills & well versed in APL/APLL system 
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills
  •  Meticulous in completing tasks and excellent dependability record
  •  Outgoing, independent and challenging
  •  Good interpersonal and analytical skill
  •  English: Ability to communicate fluently (both writing and speaking)
  •  Chinese: ability to communicate both writing and speaking is additional advantage 
  •  Working experience in customer services (in similar industry) is additional advantage
  •  Willing to travel to visit/find all kind of customers/accounts

Compensation & Benefits:

Job Duties :
  •  To perform the Customer Service from receiving booking until the delivery to the final destination
  •  To deliver 100% data integrity i.e. accurate booking, clear information to customers
  •  To provide customer with timely, accurate booking, clear information to customers
  •  To provide customer with timely, accurate and courteous service. Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanours and communication
  •  To assist customer when problems arise by liaison with the relevant internal parties
  •  To pro-actively advice customer one exceptional service notification
  •  To coordinate bookings between factory & carrier & customers
  •  Continue to improve the existing process to meet/exceed customer expectation 
  •  Ensure the updated of SOP and UI are followed 
  •  Maximize productivity and support team lead for all assigned tasks 
  •  Be flexible to take cares complex customer (more process/requirement in SOP) 
  •  Lead CS role, to assist the supervisors as a trainer for CS team
  •  Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
