Introduction :

YINKOK FOOD CORP is a leading foodservice company in Cambodia providing the best dining experiences by our brands such as Domino's Pizza, Tous Les Jours, T&C, Lotteria, The Asian Kitchen and Kyochon. We are totally running more than 20 outlets around Phnom Penh and also in Siem Reap province. Our mission is to spread service standard of food & beverage in Cambodia.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor degree of Education, Management, Human Resource or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in training or related field (experience from F&B industry would be a plus)
• Creative and well versed with computers
• Self-motivated and driven
• Enthusiastic and energetic
• Flexible and good communication
• Strong ability in staff orientation

Job Duties :

• Excellent Customer Service
• Must be well versed with TLJ steps of service by heart
• Lead and set as good model to all TLJ team members, both management and staffs
• Communicate courteously to customers in a consistent and personalized way
• Provide consistent coaching to managers and staffs to improve customer satisfaction
• Schedule training sessions on a monthly basis or as per required
• Be able to develop and identify Service Core Group for each store, for each shift
• Improve the customer service of all the store by checking regularly
• Make sure that staffs are well groomed and presentable at all times.
Operations Support
• Work with management team in achieving sales target through excellent service
• Help to implement store action plan in achieving sales (promotions)
• Support in implementing promotional activities through coaching on effective suggestive selling
• Support on store openings
• Replace staff in doing tasks if there is an urgent need
• Work on all shift required (holidays and weekend)
Administrative tasks
• Record and comply customer comments and suggestion
• Analyze, prepare action plans and implement
• Prepare monthly report on the training and coaching sessions provided
• Prepare monthly schedule of task and activities.
