Introduction :

ELT’s former name was the ‘American Academy of Language Art’ (AALA). The AALA was founded in 1994 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was set up by entrepreneurs from the United States, who believed that education would enrich people’s understanding and ability to help develop the country.

Job Requirement :
  • Graduated BBA in the field of Administrator & Marketing or related business
  • At least 2 year-experiences in Admin (in school business is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Admin and protocol
  • Good at computer literacy
  • Good at communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal skill and commitment
  • Fast learner, dynamic, team spirit, and flexible
  • Good time management and work as a team
  • Proven work independent, less supervision, and be able to work under pressure
  • Honest and good behavior
  • Positive attitude, honest, friendly, fair yet firm
Job Duties :
  • Greeting or welcome the company visitors
  • Get all the customer's complained and solve problems for customer in timely manner
  • Negotiate with customers and transfer problems to other related departments in order to solve as soon as possible
  • Receive customer payment and follow up
  • Design and implement department policies and procedures
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Liaise with other offices / departments
  • Admin related database
  • Administer contracts and highly confidential documents
  • Administration letter (In & Out-documents)
  • Develop student filing
  • Event and protocol management
  • Release letter to parents, memo and announcement
  • Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support new term / academic year process
  • Support HR on employee personnel file (non-confidential)
  • Archive: evaluate, select, retrieve and arrange documents and materials (students, teachers and staff)
  • Purchase products
  • Handle proper record of data
  • Supplier management
  • Communication with all suppliers
  • Attend all meeting required by the organization
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
  • Well cooperate with other departments and ELT Campuses 
  • Perform other duties as assigned and may be required
