It is a full-fledged internet service provider, with a license for the provision of Internet service Provider (ISP), Internet Exchange Provider (IXP), and Internet Data Exchange Center (IDX) granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia.
We are currently looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Customer Service Officer (Bavet).   

Job Requirement :
  • Associate Degree/High Diploma in Business Administration or other related field
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or Quality Control
  • Good spoken and written English, both English and Khmer. Speak Chinese/ Vietnamese is a plus
  • Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Email; Internet…)
Job Duties :
  • Welcome, listen and handle customer’s queries and complaints via face-to-face, phone calls and written communication.
  • Make receipt in the billing system and go to collect payment at customer site, if customer require go to collect at their site.
  • Handle to follow up payment for Bavet customers and update customer’s feedback about payment in the billing system.
  • Daily deposit money to company bank after close transaction booking payment in the billing system.
  • Maintains daily reports daily/weekly/monthly and audit reports to Customer Service Director & Management.

Location: This position is based in Bavet Branch Office. We prioritized for the candidates have the permanent resident in Svay Rieng, Prey Veng & Bavet City.
Duration: Full-time work
