Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree from college

Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in 7days and 24hours Service Center Environment.

Good command of Chinese languages (Reading and Writing)

Honest, hard-working, mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
-
Able to work independent or as a team
-
Able to work in between 3pm to 11pm & 3pm to 7am (weekends and public holiday)

Computer literacy and English language proficiency

Handling and resolve with customer complains & inquires

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Keep record of customer interactions

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
