Introduction :

CAM-ASEAN is a joint venture founded by a group of local and international partners who share conviction and commitment in pursuit of quality education. The school is registered as an education institution with Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. CAM-ASEAN offers two distinct areas of educational services: 
1) General English and Business English Programs
2) Skill Training Programs

Job Requirement :
  •  At least 1 year experience in customer service or help desk capacity;
  •  Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction;
  •  Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers;
  •  Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  •  Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers;
  •  Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude;
  •  Strong decision making and analytical abilities;
  •  Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills;
  •  Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed;
  •  Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Job Duties :
  •  Act as the first point of contact for the school: welcoming visitors and responding to telephone and email inquiries in a helpful and constructive manner and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner;
  •  Communicating with parents regarding all aspects of school life, receiving and passing on information, between parents and teachers, including phoning parents to ascertain reasons for pupils’ absence; 
  •  Provide information about CAM-ASEAN’s courses and programs;
  •  Assisting with all admissions related tasks, including preparations for and assistance at Open Mornings, taking calls and recording details of enquiries from prospective new families.
  •  Maintaining and updating school information, records and databases.
  •  Ensuring that the reception area is kept smart and tidy and that noticeboards are kept up-to-date;
  •  Accompany new students to the placement and/or speaking test room
  •  Ensure silence and a good environment is maintained during the taking of placement tests;
  •  Inform immediately IT specialist when technical errors occur;
  •  Accept CV and other documents from job applicants or students and forward to the Academic Department;
  •  Hand the CV and other documents to immediate superior
