• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field. 
• At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of different beverage products/market and customer preferences
• Familiarity with market data collection 
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategy
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstrated commitment to learn and to share learnt knowledge
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible to travel
• Able to travel to different stations in upcountry

• Conduct market visits in the provinces to gather 4P’s information related to the beer and beverages market and industry. 
• Contact customers via phone calls to assess the quality of service provided by the sales team in terms of key strengths and weaknesses.
• Serve as a call center representative; respond to questions and concerns from customers; share information related to company’s marketing information; maintain good relationships with customers. 
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided by the telemarketing team
• Review and audit the performance of the sales team; provide relevant support to improve performance and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
