Introduction :

Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. According to our fast growing and the expansion branches at Phnom Penh, Prehsihanouk and Kompongcham Province, therefore; we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank with the details as follows ÷

Job Requirement :
  •  Degree in Hospitality, Finance and Banking, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications;
  •  Local Candidate is priority;
  •  Minimum of 5 years in a customer support role;
  •  Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  •  Excellent in English communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  •  Good command of speaking other languages is a plus;
  •  Computer literacy;
  •  Keeping calm and remaining tactful under pressure is a must and a bright personality that will make stand out from the crowd was included;
Job Duties :
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to bank operation staff.
  •  Overlook, control and update daily morning customer service practice both Phnom Penh Branches and Provincial Branches
  •  Will be responsible to perform basic troubleshooting of problems and devise solutions to both customer and staff operation;
  •  Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with good customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications. 
  •  Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes. 
  •  Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing network problems to prevent and attract customer;
