Job Requirement :
  •  BA graduate in Marketing, Analytics and relevant field
  •  Possess the knowledge in customer relationship management and retention
  •  With 1-2 years or more work experience
  •  Highly analytical with excellent English skills
Job Duties :
  •  Manage on retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
  •  Work with customer service, marketing and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
  •  Increase number of usage/engagement.
  •  Increase activity rate for Wing account holders
  •  Ensure newly acquired customers remain active every month
