•  Bachelor degree or Fresh graduate student in Finance and banking, Economics, or other related field.
•  Equip with good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products or services is a plus.
•  Good in communication skill and ability to work as a team.
•  Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & E-mail.
•  High personal morality and able to work under pressure 
•  Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial branch office.

•  Support Manager of credit product in the development, maintain and review product performance.
•  Prepare market survey and observation to identify the potential business initiative in supporting business growth.
•  Assist in enhancing or revising the existing credit product to response the market change and to keep these product being competitive and attractive in market demand.
•  Assist team to prepare plan and deliver training to relevant staff on credit product.
