•  Holding bachelor degree of business or related field
•  At least one year related working experience
•  Good judgment and decision making skills
•  Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
•  Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
•  Computer Literacy (MS. Word, Excel, Internet...) 
•  Be flexible, Honest, and trustworthy
•  The ability to work under pressure

•  Promote and sell BNKC financial products;
•  Build a good relationship with client and local authorities; 
•  Consult with loan applicants and determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans;
•  Collect and evaluate client’s documents for loan assessment;
•  Prepare loan document for approval and disbursement and ensure that all approved applications are of quality account and complied with the policy and guidelines of BNKC;
•  Follow up the existing clients, and handle problems (depend on problems);
•  Perform other duties as assigned
