Active People is Japanese’s microfinance institution (APMFI) which obtained license from NBC since 2011. Our commitment is to contribute to the economic and social development of Cambodia by providing variety of products such as Quick Loan (QL), Business Loan, Motor Installment Loan, Agriculture Machine Loan (AML), Electronic Installment Loan, and other consumption loan to. Our operational areas based in Phnom Penh (Three branches), Siem Reap, Battambang, Kampong Cham and other provincial representative Offices in Takeo, Kampot, Pursat, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, Kampong Thom, Kratie,and  Tboung Khum. Since our business is rapidly growing, we would like to invite qualified and challenge candidates to contribute their skills and ability for following positions:

• Male/Female
• Age: 25-35 years old
• Bachelor in Business Administration or other relevant fields
• At least 2 year work experiences from other FIs
• Good speaking and writing in both English and Khmer
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and E-mail
• Good communication or networking, negotiation and Interpersonal skill,
• Team work and willing to work under pressure.

• Develop and updating administrative policies and procedure;
• Follow up all kind of office equipment maintenance and repair
• Purchase and distribute office supplies and taking care of operation expenses including electricity, telephone, water, internet etc.;
• Maintain various contracts with outside service providers;
• Planning and executing various procurement and business plans;
• Provide administrative supports to other relevant departments as required;
• Other task assign by management.
