Nature of our business is to provide the retail finance for wide range of individual customer. Especially, we are well known as pioneer of providing the installment service for people purchasing the consumer products without any collateral, which is very new service in Cambodia but popular in other countries. •  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Related filed - At least 2 years’ experience 
•  Good in both written and spoken English 
•  Be honest, initiative, committed, independent and posses a good interpersonal skill 
•  Dynamic and pleasant personality 
•  Good interpersonal and communication skill

•  Learn and practice accurately and up-to-date with policies and procedures related to credit/loan 
•  Practice loan process within duty area accurately with proficiency including promoting, loan disbursement, and loan recovery 
•  Seek prospective customers and solicit for loans 
•  Assist in application processing, securities 
•  Establish good report with existing customers and continuously develop & increase the loans base 
•  Effectively participate in promoting products and services that could enhance the company’s business and corporate image 
•  Do other tasks as assigned by management
