•  Bachelor degree in Marketing/Management or related skill.
•  At least 3-year work experience in MFI or Banking
•  Good communication and interpersonal skill
•  Confident, Flexible and Creative
•  Good in English communication
•  Be able to work under pressure with high sense of confidentiality
•  Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.

** Benefit:

•  Salary (600~800 USD)
•  Work from Monday to Saturday (Work Only 5 days per week, basic holiday is Sunday and one more day is rotation)
•  Gasoline allowance 30$ per month, motor parking provides by company
•  Bonus depend on company policy

•  Evaluating and interpreting clients’ financial condition and characteristics as to ensure borrower’s repayment capacity
•  Collect the clients’ information before approval loan
•  Verify and analyzing documents provided by clients
•  Site-visiting properties and business address of the clients
•  Monitoring and follow up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients 
•  Ensuring policy and guideline compliance
•  Prepare monthly CBC data sample basis
•  Making recommendations about procedural/policy update
•  Other task assigns by management
