• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Customer service skills
•  Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write)

•  Registering Soft or Hard title of collateral with local authorities and/or Cadastral Office
•  Issuing loan and security documents
•  Signing arrangement with clients
•  Loan creation and disbursement
•  Credit file management
•  Arrangement with insurance company for clients’ insurance cover
•  Liaising with Property Valuation Officer for property valuation
•  Collect all credit-related fees and interest from customers
•  Performing other duties as instructed by line manager.
