•  Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; 
•  At least 3 year work experience in QS & QC; 
•  Possess strong analytical and problems solving skills;
•  Be willing to work as a team with high responsibility;
•  Possess strong moral attitude and leadership skills;
•  Be honest;
•  Be capable of using Ms. Project and ms Office; 
•  Be able to work under pressure;

•  Lead team to do research, collect and analyze construction costs of all materials required for construction project;
•  Lead team to check, evaluate BOQ and other contracts 
•  Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects and ensure high accuracy of the cost; 
•  Measure and evaluate the working process of teams under supervision;
•  Develop BOQ measurement procedure; 
•  Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition and cost;
•  Prepare monthly report relating to cost control and QS work;
