Job Description :

Summary of position:
To exceed guest satisfaction by providing treatment experiences that are world class and innovative, in conjunction with efficient and friendly service that addresses the spa requests for the guests and ensures smooth operation of all the spa concerned functions. Assure the staffs’ receive the maximum amount training, as well as development support from spa management team.

Scope of Position: 
Responsible for all aspects of the management of the Jouvence Spas Located at Dara Airport Hotel in Phnom Penh and at the Independence Hotel in Sihanouk Ville including but not limited to the good management of the daily operations, the supervision of both entities, ensure the policies and procedures and adhere to. You are also expected to set and meet yearly and trimestral targets, including financial and sales and marketing targets once approved by the General Manager of each property. Any other assignment a deemed necessary by the President/ CEO or alternatively his assistant. 

Job Requirement :

• Five years or more experience at a luxury spa brand in management/supervisory role or three years of spa management/operations in a hotel spa. Spa Manager should have either multi property management or have been on a spa opening team. Necessary to have a previous role as therapist trainer and five years of delivering treatments. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a Hospitality degree from a recognized hospitality school. A combination of certificates from corporate management training programs as well as a knowledge of a broad range of leading spa product are acceptable.
• Lead a team of supervisors, consultants and therapists. Ability to deal effectively with high net-worth guests in a spa environment. Knowledge of spa operations, stock control, treatments and spa software. Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance that reflects the spa philosophy. Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions as business demands dictate.
• English with ability to communicate clearly is mandatory as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.

Job Duties :

• All aspects of spa operations including, hiring, training, evaluation, and supervising of all staff. Effect planning, schedule and booking of guest consultants. Supervise stock ordering systems, revenue management of treatments and therapist utilization.
• To have thorough knowledge of all spa treatments, spa bookings and accounting systems and to be able to respond to guest inquiries by the supervision of spa reception. 
• To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
• Checks and collects supplies from the stores according to hotel/spa procedure.
• Maximizes revenue in the spa by implementing upselling procedures and retail recommendations. Assist in training of Spa reservations.
• To ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with resort/spa procedure.
• Helps maintain the spa in top physical condition by reporting any engineering or housekeeping defects to supervisors.
• Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by creating a daily spa check list for each spa building and room and checks each area.
• Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
