• All aspects of spa operations including, hiring, training, evaluation, and supervising of all staff. Effect planning, schedule and booking of guest consultants. Supervise stock ordering systems, revenue management of treatments and therapist utilization.
• To have thorough knowledge of all spa treatments, spa bookings and accounting systems and to be able to respond to guest inquiries by the supervision of spa reception.
• To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
• Checks and collects supplies from the stores according to hotel/spa procedure.
• Maximizes revenue in the spa by implementing upselling procedures and retail recommendations. Assist in training of Spa reservations.
• To ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with resort/spa procedure.
• Helps maintain the spa in top physical condition by reporting any engineering or housekeeping defects to supervisors.
• Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by creating a daily spa check list for each spa building and room and checks each area.
• Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
