• Manages and leads all aspects of public affairs, communications and sustainability for CBC, including government, medias, stakeholder and community relations; communications; and, CSR, sustainability and community development programs.
• Engages with key stakeholders and develop the stakeholder’s engagement plans – such as Government, NGOs and employers’ association– to continue strengthening our reputation as a company that is committed to the highest operating standards for responsible business and giving back to communities, and earning our social license to operate.
• Leads government relations planning and implementation to build relationships with all levels of government – local, regional and national – on key priority areas. Advances our mid-to-long term priorities in terms of government relations, and also steps in to support on business issues or needs that may arise urgently. relationships.
• Participates in and leverages key industry advocacy platforms and employer associations to advance our agenda in terms of opportunities and business challenges. Attends strategic conferences, events, workshops and other stakeholder engagement opportunities
• Manages partnerships with NGOs in our CSR and sustainability programs. Engages with NGOs and key stakeholders at the community level to identify opportunities for potential support and partnership, as well as to share Coca-Cola’s sustainability and CSR initiatives.
• Oversees community relations and local sustainability programs to support development objectives and demonstrate Coca-Cola’s responsible investment and business practices. Works cross-functionally to develop and implement our Community Relations plan focusing on neighbouring communities and local government offices next to our factories and offices. Leads community donations program and involve employees in community engagement as appropriate.
• Lead CIC while dealing with consumers, customer complaint & other IMCR issue
• Manage and serve as author for communications/press projects, website, social media, including print and web media communications, articles for trade, business, community, general public and targeted-interest publications.
• Oversees the Coca-Cola STEM Tours Project and ensures this asset is being effectively used with external stakeholder audiences. Ongoing review of how to improve the project and keep content updated
• Leads annual Business Planning process for PAC Cambodia by setting objectives, an annual calendar and identifying opportunities for best strengthening our corporate reputation and earning our social license to operate.
• Monitors regulatory and political trends and media in Cambodia related to government, business, sustainability, environment and other key areas relevant to CBC’s operations. Provides updates to senior leadership on any relevant developments.
