•  Degree in BBA, Management, HRM, Banking & Finance or related field.
•  At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field, with 2 years working in a similar capacity.
•  Familiar with Bank & MFI is a plus. Knowledgeable in all Labor Code, local law.
•  Excellent verbal and written English; good interpersonal skills; Good management skills; Be able to achieve HR targets and conduct training
•  Well organized; Self-motivated and independent.
•  Computer Officer and outlook

•  Coordinate & resolve conflict with breach contract staffs.
•  Other tasks as assigned by management.
