•  Bachelor Degree in Education
•  Minimum of one-year experience in the coordination
•  At least three-year experiences in teaching English
•  Knowledge of business operations and educational management
•  Good command of spoken and written Khmer & English
•  Good command of presentation skills
•  Good command of negotiation, decision making skills and problem solving skills
•  Good command computer literacy
•  Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
